Detailed tests and analysis of ageing effects high irradiation dose on Multi-Strip Multi-Gap Resistive Plate Counters based low resistivity glass electrodes were performed. MSMGRPC efficiency cluster size before are measured compared with their values after in a accessed at multi-purpose facility IFIN-HH $^{60}$Co source. The composition properties the deposited layers electrodes, studied multitude methods, i.e. SEM, XPS, foil-ERDA, RBS, AFM THz-TDS, presented.
